Middle Ground

Child walking down a dirt road.

Middle ground. Meet you in the middle. These phrases bring thoughts of reconciliation and life-giving compromise. Relationships need to have us giving and receiving – care and kindness.

God gives us His love and we respond and give our love to Him in praise, adoration and devotion. God gives us a positive model we can follow with others.

We give to others and receive from others. Meeting in the middle can be life-giving if love and care are the centerpiece of our relationship. Middle ground is not always negative compromise, it can be positive communication and even bring reconciliation.

Words that Encourage – Empower Us and Others – Strength with Dignity

  1. I love this, and the idea of bringing simple thoughts and quotes in to the light for our reflection! Five minute Friday, I might have to give some thought to doing something similar. Thank you for sharing. Visiting you from your comment on my prayer journal. I’m happy to have found your blog!
