We do not want Hollywood’s mischaracterizations to define who Jesus is in our minds. The depth of our knowledge of Jesus does not rest merely on knowing of Him but in knowing Jesus, His nature, and His ways. We learn as we develop our relationship with Him.

This means that we study what Jesus said about Himself – I AM the Light of the world – and learn about Jesus as the Light to us and those around us.
